Task Manager has not displayed data the same as Rainmeter since Windows 8, but it was not noticeable until Win11 22H2 when Microsoft made a huge change to the way they report CPU usage. I found the OpenHardwareMonitor plugin somebody had made, which I think is a lot better than the default Core Temp plugin as it can return much more useful information. I did the tutorial and managed to create my own little skin, and have been fooling around on creating a new one.
